As Scott mentioned in his posting, Eric and Milena had already tied the knot in Bolivia. With all the formal portraits and typical wedding photos out of the way, we really had a chance to play around with Eric & Milena, who are a seriously fun and seriously photogenic couple.

Here I present evidence of the awesomeness of Eric & Milena's celebration:

1. Milena's romantic Maggie Sotero dress (which, by the way ladies, is apparently up for sale! Green your wedding and go with a used dress!) and awesome purple stockings and shoes. For a photographer, it was texture and color heaven. Love it!

2. The San Diego scenery - more specifically Balboa Park and downtown. Luckily the rain had past by the time we started shooting. It had been their idea to shoot at the Spreckels Organ Pavillion in Balboa Park, which provided a great backdrop for some wonderful photos. Then we walked around downtown San Diego near DiamondView Towers for more photos. DiamondView Towers is right next to the Padres stadium, which coincidently happened to be one of their first date spots (and obviously required a photo or two).

3. The venue. Scott's night time cityscape photos really just say it all. Check his photos out in the blog below!

4. The party. Putting it simply, Eric & Milena know how to throw a great party.

Appetizers and Bar Service: Tilted Kilt

Cake/Dessert: Nothing Bundt Cakes (Mucho delicioso ... they opted for bundt cakes instead of the traditional cake ... I had no complaints about that as they were bite sized morsels of heaven and in several different flavors to boot!)

And the bride herself did all the decorations and the wonderful succulent centerpieces.
